How to get the log file in the BLHeliSuit32 configurator if the ESC can't be recognized?

Please connect the ESC , try to read, and send us the log in the following steps:

1. Enable the log

2. Reed setup

3. On the 'Logged Messages' page, go to Log > Save to File and then send the .tlg file to us.
